Take Beltway 495 north past River Road to the split with 270 and bear left to get on 270 north. The first exits on 270 will be Democracy and after these bear right and take the next exit which will be Montrose Rd. East. Immediately upon entering this exit there will be a split and take the left street, Tower Oaks, bearing sharply to the left to stay on this street. Continue to the next traffic light and take a right onto Wooten Parkway which is also Route 28 past several streets to the next major intersection and traffic light which is the Rockville Pike. Continue straight on Route 28 which will now change names to First St. and Norbeck Rd and about the 3rd traffic light take a left onto E. Gude Drive. Stay in the right lane and take the next right onto Taft Court and then bear left to the end of this street into the parking lot of 6 Taft Ct adjacent to a golf course. Park anywhere and enter the main entrance to 6 Taft Court to the left side of the ground floor which is suite 150, Trophogen, Inc.

For those living near Wisconsin Ave. or the Rockville Pike (Route 355) it may be easier to just take 355 north and turn right on route 28, proceeding as above.

From North: Baltimore and Northeastern Maryland
Take 95 South to Washington Beltway 495 going west toward Silver Spring and Bethesda. Continue past Georgia, Connecticut and Wisconsin to 270 North. Take 270 north past Old Georgetown Rd to Montrose Rd. East and proceed as above.

From Frederick and North central Maryland
Take 270 South to exit Montrose Road East or take Route 355 south and turn left on route 28, proceeding as above.
